midosm was founded as a holding company for primary investments procured from its sister company, The Midosm Group, LLC, along with its international network of investors. midosm's secondary investments come from micro investments generally created out of The Midosm Group that tend to be majority owned or closely held.  midosm's tertiary investments are macro investments in long standing global brands requiring reorganization and/or additional capital.

All midosm investments are exclusively managed by The Midosm Group, LLC which also represents other participating members of its international investor network in various respects and often in a board capacity, directorship and other roles from time to time.
